mega drum for use in electronic marimba (pads)

My doubt is I can adapt to the mega drum that was originally built for drums ... I wonder if you could build or adapt the mega drum for me to use my mallet? since my marimba notes will be 76 - of A -1 to C 5- 6 octaves and a third. Marimba is a percussion instrument so if bars(pads) are made with piezos I think you don't need to modify MegaDrum in any way.
