I was looking at another project and came across this simple usb programmer USB Programmer. I was wondering if something like this could be easily implemented to the Megadrum or if it required major reconstruction of the firmware for it to work. I may be way off base here, I was just curious.

Why do you want this ?

You can program the PIC with a simple cable.
You can program the Atmega for the bootloader with a simple cable.
You can update the firmware directly by USB.

Just curious, I have a USB port on the front of my computer. The other is on the back, kind of a pain to get to. That's all. Wasn't sure if it would translate to USB easily. I guess I was just being super lazy!
