I never said 100nf is equal 1uf, even in the original reply.
not that i doubt you i just wanted to double check as i had contradictory information
Point me to th contradictory information and I'l either correct it or remove it.
and wasn't sure if a decimal was left off. I just want to be certain before soldering booting and possibly screwing something up.

Just follow schematics. Anything above or equal 1uf must be electrolytic capacitors, everything below, including 100nf=0.1uf must be ceramic capacitors.
