Megadrum Detected on touching the pin 6 of PIC

My computer detects megadrum on touching the pin 6 of the PIC18F2550 and if I don't touch the pin it is not detected. I don't know why!! Any solution??

1. Make sure pin 26 is connected to the ground over 47k resistor.
2. Make sure pin 1 is connected to +5 over 3k3 resistor.
3. Make sure all the pins of the PIC are properly soldered.
4. Make sure the crystal is properly soldered.
5. Make sure C8 and C10 are 22pF.

Thanks! Now its working fine I mean my computer detects the Megadrum but I am still unable to update the firmware! Also nothing is displayed on the lcd only the backlit is glowing..
