Is there a single source of all the parameters available with detailed descriptions (and tips)? Adobe PDF format would be great. I would like to be able to work offline instead of living in the forum.

I have copied all the stuff from the MegaDrum-homepage in a word document with a table of content. The PDF. you'll find here:
It is not perfect,for example: I haven't got a MegaDrum-logo with good quality.

Please send me your text to modify and optimize this document. Everything is welcome to explain newbies to do the right setup for their equipment.

Excellent! This is a great starting place. I need to research a lot of the forum on peoples experiences and their tips and tricks so that these can also be added.
