I wonder if it is possible to unite two megadrum 32 imputs to double to 64 imputs? The first Megadrum 32 transform in a slave of second megadrum 32 imputs?

Yes, you can chain them over standard MIDI ports:
MegaDrum1.MIDI Out --> MIDI In.MegaDrum2.MIDI Out --> MIDI In.Sound module
or
MegaDrum1.MIDI Out --> MIDI In.MegaDrum2.MIDI over USB --> a PC
MIDIThru must be set to Yes in MegaDrum2

Hi,
Megadrum 2 then the slave, will have the first MIDI channel! what channel 1 will be the 33 channel? the firmware of Megadrum 1 will manage the distribution all channels 64?

I don't get the question. MIDI Thru mode is widely used on many MIDI devices. Same with MegaDrum, both are effectively independent but transmit MIDI to the end MIDI device through one MIDI port.

Standard MIDI has only 16 channels. How is it relevant?

What I like and know, becoming instead the language of music for eletronic, is if I doble two megadrum of 32imputs in a 64-imputs, the accused number 1, for example, I select the note A1, equivalent to 55Hz frequency , in the 32 imputs the next note will be E4 with the frequency of 329.63 Hz, the 33 imput will be the note E4 with the frequency 349,23 Hz. My doubt is when I change the 32 imput for the 33 imput, The note back to the imput 1 - A1 55HZ , in place of F4 with the frequency of 329.63 Hz? Do you understand?

No.
All I can say is that you can assign unique note numbers to all inputs of both modules.

Sorry for insisting on this subject ... My doubt is if I bend the two imputs megadrum 32-imputsfor trasform in 64 imputs what happens: if I select the 10 midi channel that is percussion sounds,no problem because the tones percussion musical notes is indefinite, but if I choose other channels midi example: timbre of marimba and vibes that has defined and chromatic notes with different heights I'll probably have to schedule problems, example: I select the note A1, equivalent to 55Hz frequency , in the 32 imputs the next note will be E4 with the frequency of 329.63 Hz,the 33 imput will be the note F4 with the frequency of 329.63 Hz, but it is not what usually happens, the 33 imput back to the first octave bass F1, with a frequency of 87.31, all right?

Sorry, I don't understand what your doubt is.
