Yes, you can chain them over standard MIDI ports:

MegaDrum1.MIDI Out --> MIDI In.MegaDrum2.MIDI Out --> MIDI In.Sound module
or
MegaDrum1.MIDI Out --> MIDI In.MegaDrum2.MIDI over USB --> a PC

MIDIThru must be set to Yes in MegaDrum2

I don't get the question. MIDI Thru mode is widely used on many MIDI devices. Same with MegaDrum, both are effectively independent but transmit MIDI to the end MIDI device through one MIDI port.

Standard MIDI has only 16 channels. How is it relevant?

My doubt is when I change the 32 imput for the 33 imput, The note back to the imput 1 - A1 55HZ , in place of F4 with the frequency of 329.63 Hz? Do you understand?

All I can say is that you can assign unique note numbers to all inputs of both modules.
