Hi Guys,
I have just finished my first e-cymbal.
The construction is :
bow: piezo/piezo
wiring: ceramic to tip, brass to sleeve

edge: switch made from two copper.
wiring: top part to ring, bottom part to sleve

It seems to be that SD only knows The Crash Sound and Mute , no bow there.
In the SD the crash articulation Key is C#2, Mute is F#2

Scenario 1:
What I want was to get bow sound from hitting only Bow,
Crash sound from hitting the switch and vibrates the bow piezo.
Chocked if I press the switch only, bow piezo is not activated.
Is that achieveable with my Setup and SD ?
Or my is setup wrong ?

Scenario 2:
Alternative way is forget the bow.
Getting Crash by hitting the switch, get velocity from bow piezo
Chocked if I press switch only.
For this, does it has different wiring and setup ?

In the Megadrum,
on the
Head
Note: C#2
Dual Head : Yes
Thresold: 30 -> havent changed this setting at all

Rim:
Note: F#2
Thresold: 30 -> havent changed this setting at all
Dualhead: Switch

Right now in MIDI-OX
when I hit the bow once, Results is
F#2 Note On
F#2 Note Off

If I hit the edge
C#2 Note On
C#2 Note Off

If I press the switch and hold
7F C#2 Key Aftertouch
7F F#2 Key Aftertouch
(message only appear once)

If I release the switch
00 C#2 Key Aftertouch
00 F#2 Key Aftertouch
(message only appear once)

Right now:
What I did in SD is
choose Crash arcitulation, Key C#2 and click Learn, and I HIT the switch quite.
Chose Mute , key F#2 and click learn, and I PRESSED the switch

What I get is
The I hit the bow, crash sounds with velocity.
If I hit the switch crash sound no velocity
When I pressed the switch, crash sound followed by a choke.

Thanks in Advance.

I FINALLY GOT IT !! HAHAHAHAHAHA

How?
1. Select the crash
2. on the Instrument tab, enable edit articulation only
3. on Envelope tab, select AfterTOuch
4. Set the release to 0
