the pedal and the board of the pedal

in batacas.com (spanish drum forum) there is a post with some pics of this pedal. Is about the pedal to convert a switch pedal to three states pedal cutting a wire of the connector in the pedal board.

Judging from the pics the schematic is similar to this:
FD8 HIHAT CONT.jpg

In this case follow Synthex's advice and put 5k-25k (you can try your 4k4 resistor) between tip and sleeve of the HiHat pedal controller input.

Btw, as far as I can see, the pedal has 6 states rather than just 3.

can tell me how the pedal works??

the resistor is between tip and sleeve??

this pedal isn't fd8, is a millenium hihat pedal from thomann, but have a switch to put in yamaha modules or roland modules.

If i put the switch in yamaha, the pedal is oppositte, when I close the pedal the hihat is open and when the pedal is open the hihat close.

If i put roland happens the previous thing

Yes, between tip and sleeve. This resistor and resistors inside the pedal will be acting as a simple voltage divider.

Don't pass anything with the resistor... the same problem

What is the resistance when the pedal is opened ?
What is the resistance when the pedal is closed ?
What is the resistance when the pedal is half-opened ?

Also measure voltages on the tip in these positions when connected to MegaDrum with and without the additional resistor.

i have the fixed resistor 4,4k

the resistance with the fixed resistor and the pedal connected in the HH control and power off the megadrum is:

YAMAHA MODULE SWITCH

TIP-SLEEVE
fully open - 2,31k
2,28k
2,22k
1,87k
fully close - 0,05k

RING-SLEEVE
fully open - 57,2k
41,5k
2,2k
1,9k
fully close - 0,0k

there are three resistances between fully open and fully close

in the pedal connected a cable with the multimeter in the other side of this cable

TIP-SLEEVE
fully open - infinite or more 2M
206k
57,2k
9,8k
fully close - 0,1k

RING-SLEEVE
fully open - 57.2k
9,8k
fully close - 0,0k

ROLAND MODULE SWITCH

measured in HHcontrol jack with fixed resistor and megadrum turn off

TIP_SLEEVE
fully open - 2,31k
2,29k
fully close - 2,27k

RING-SLEEVE
fully open - 149,5k
87,3k
42,3k
10,2k
fully close - 0,1k

In cable

TIP-SLEEVE
FO - infinite or 2M+
347k
203k
156k
FC - 146,1k

RING-SLEEVE
FO - infinite or 2M+
207k
58,2k
10,8k
FC - 1,0k
